Currently ingots are created by smelting grits and not dusts, which I assume is not intended. https://github.com/Szewek/Flux/blob/fa42ff841f4517ad32257a9b555c4a2af8111e4b/buildSrc/src/main/kotlin/szewek/mcgen/template/Templates.kt#L93-L99
