Genus diversity estimates for PloiDB data sets #1

1) Review the literature to get species counts for the following genera from PloiDB: Acacia Allium Begonia Centaurea Crotalaria Croton Hypericum Indigofera Mimosa Oxalis Passiflora Ranunculus Rhododendron Senecio Silene

2) Create a tab-delimited text file containing the diversity estimates with these three columns as the header: original_name, SI, genus.

For example,

original_name SI genus Acacia 1496 Acacia

Species count estimates are in these two files: diversity_15genera_ploidb.txt sampling_15genera_ploidb.txt

Use sampling_15genera_ploidb.txt for diversitree analysis.
