add Chinese translation #32

I think this repo is very nice. So I add Chinese translations for it.

Thank you for the Chinese translation! I would love to have the instructions in multiple languages. But I am not sure that interspersing text in different languages is the way to go. It does not scale well to multiple languages.

Would you be able to separate the Chinese version into a different file, e.g. README.zh.md? Then I can link each language version from the main README.

It is not a problem if the translation is not complete. It is fine if it contains only the essentials.

I add a new file called README.zh_cn.md ,which contains the Chinese version.
