Merge Code copy functionality #4

I think combining the code copy functionality from this question would be a good idea. Normally one copies code as well as images to mma.se, so having one pallet with all functionality is preferable to having multiple floating pallets each with one button.

This'd be nice to do eventually, but currently the code copy functions you linked to are not nearly as useful or widely used as the image uploader. It need to be improved a lot first (I'm thinking of using Leonid's code formatter/indenter for this). Then I'd like to put the code copy functionality onto a separate and self contained panel that can be easily included in any palette (the same as the image uploader if needed).
