Is this project using continuous integration services (e.g., Travis-CI or Jenkings)? Or has it used at any point of its lifetime?

It has not. Unfortunately, I still haven't found time to write proper e2e tests that would actually test sending files between 2 browsers. Contributors are very welcome ;)
