No boot - Toshiba Satellite A217-S5824 #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert burned ISO disk in drive
2. turn laptop on
3. only get cursor blinking at top left corner for 2-3 min while cd drive spins 
up and down then boots to windows.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On my dell Optiplex I got the screen resolution window and then it locked on 
the "Live android" screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Live Android 3.0
