Airtel Caller Tune Service Not Good it gets activated automatically

Hi,

I Geetanjali Mahanta and I am facing a problem with the Caller tune Service 
from Airtel. And I have a complaint against the , Airtel’s Caller tune 
Service. 
Each time the Airtel Service deduct my Account Balance and activates 
automatically a Caller Tune (Telugu Song).Every time I have complained against 
this issue and the Customer Care people , say that it has been activated by my 
number ,which is totally wrong.
This has happened thrice and yesterday also the same problem happened and they 
renewed my Caller tune again.
I had registered a complaint ,but still the issue is same. They always say , it 
won’t repeat for the next time but then again it happens. 

This has been the third time , my Balance has been deducted for the Caller tune 
,which I have not activated.
I need my Deducted balance back, and I am not all happy with the Airtel's This 
kind of Service.Please do the needful regarding this issue.

@Geetanjali: Please do not post such issues here as Defects as these are not 
related to the OS. You have to deal such issues with Airtel customer care. It 
is not due to the Android OS you are facing the issue.
