html not working

Hi,

My html code inside the pre tag is still picking up html and not displaying the 
code.

There is no content in the <pre> tag, just a comment.  If what you want to 
display is an HTML comment, then escape HTML special characters (like '<' and 
'&') using HTML entities (like '<' and '&').
