Build fails in Rawhide with missing fpc dependencies #13

Sample build:

Error: 
 Problem 1: package fpc-3.0.4-6.fc31.x86_64 requires gpm, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides linuxconsoletools needed by gpm-1.20.7-19.fc31.x86_64
 Problem 2: package lazarus-2.0.2-2.fc31.x86_64 requires /usr/bin/instantfpc, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package lazarus-2.0.2-2.fc31.x86_64 requires fpc, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package fpc-3.0.4-6.fc31.x86_64 requires gpm, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides linuxconsoletools needed by gpm-1.20.7-19.fc31.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
