Pass SVN revision to DoubleCmd build #4

Currently the field "revision" is not set in the DCmd about dialog. It's probably caused by the fact that it is build from the exported version exported from SVN. The DoubleCmd build script could be examined to find a way to provide that information via an extra parameter or an environment variable.

Implemented by patching DCmd build scripts to leverage provided SVN revision:
