Consider adding SVN revision date to package version #9

Currently only an SVN revision is used in the package version:

doublecmd-gtk-0.9.0-0.svn8202.fc27.x86_64

Having also a date could be beneficial to get know how old (in fact) the version is also (looking at the SVN commit date), e.g.

doublecmd-gtk-0.9.0-0.svn8202-20180801.fc27.x86_64
