Simplify README #215 #218

Remove references to versions older than 1.4.x. Also remove repeated fragments. Stop counting FAQs as the numbers are broken when the order changes or an outdated question is removed.

Remove references to versions older than 1.2.x from PitestPluginExtension.

Add a note on test system properties (#216).
