CI build fail on chandler installation #328

It started to fail between 18 and 25 December 2022:

$ ruby --version
ruby 2.4.1p111 (2017-03-22 revision 58053) [x86_64-linux]
$ gem install --no-document chandler -v 0.7.0
ERROR:  Error installing chandler:
    faraday-net_http requires Ruby version >= 2.6.0.
