Hello,
As some point in the past I changed it to log10. This should be noted in the changelog, but thanks for telling me it’s not updated in the manual.

Hello, I am using selscan v2.0.0 to calculate iHS. The sixth column of output is the unstandardized iHS. As write in paper(B. F. Voight, S. Kudaravalli, X. Wen, J. K. Pritchard, A map of recent positive selection in the human genome. PLoS Biol 4, e72 (2006).) and selscan manual, the unstandardized iHS = ln(iHH1/iHH0) but the value calculated by selcan is log10(iHH1/iHH0). Is it because I understood it wrong or there is a selcan error? Thanks!
