A confusing line in the output of "norm" #75

Hi,

I found a confusing line in the output of the "norm" function.

My command: poplist="CEU CHB"; for pop in ${poplist[@]};do norm --ihh12 --files chr*/${pop}*.ihh12.out done And the first line of the output was the attached file:

I did not know why some two words "normxpehh" and "crit" were shown in the 5th and 6th columns where there should have been figures. I used similar commands to normalize the results of iHS and XPEHH but the problem did not recur.

Hi,

This is not normal behavior. Can you send me an example set of files that reproduces this problem?

Have you received the files on Mar.20th? If not (sometimes the mail system of our university fails to send too large files), I'll send agiain.
