Hello,
I think for pooled data you're pretty much stuck with Fst, or at least none the statistics in selscan would be appropriate.

Dear Zachary,
I would like to identify genes that are under selection in a particular species across multiple populations. Most of the data I have comes from RNAseq projects. What kind of statistics would you recommend to use in this case? Or should I just stick with Fst scans?
