JNDI-Tree should show values #287

From the JNDI-Tree view, usually it is helpful to also see the 
(string-representation) of JNDI tree elements.

This is especially the case, if configuration varibesl are used/provided via 
web.xml env-entry.

Attached a simple patch to accomplish this task.

I have changed the patch a bit.
It is now committed in trunk (revision 3269) and ready for the next release 
(1.44).

I have made a new build from the current trunk and it is available at:
http://javamelody.googlecode.com/files/javamelody-20130207.jar
