Warn about unusual transaction isolation level #315

If the transaction isolation level is not read committed (unusual), display a 
warning about slowness or bugs.

Yes, I have really seen transaction isolation level set to "repeatable read" / 
"serializable", for reasons known to nobody.
This is asking for problems in general.
