Running with other references #13

Is it possible to run this package with other common references (hg19, b37, etc.)?

I'm also interested in this given that I cannot run it using grch37 it seems:

scar_score("/HRD_score/test.seqz.gz", reference = "grch37", seqz=TRUE, chr.in.names = FALSE)
