Katsomo login is now fixed but paid content is handled differently.

I try to get access to paid content, and fix this asap. Just forwarding bug rep.

Provided fix for stream paid content (https://github.com/szymex/xbmc-finnish-tv/pull/55). Even though the streaming works now the quality is still poor.

Is there better stream for ipad (by just changing user agent to ipad)? I have no subscription for katsomo, so i cannot test the paid content.
