Reading the color palette from Xresources would be nice #7

First off: thank you for this terminal. I really like it and I have already switched from rxvt-unicode.

There is one minor snag: The color palette is hard-coded. I like solarized and I have it set up in Xresources. It would be nice if this file was used to determine the color palette of taterm instead of having to hard-code it.

I'm not a fan of using Xresources for that, as with the move to wayland it will probably go away, too. As taterm uses gnome libraries anyway, maybe dconf could be used. For the time being I would recommend just patching taterm locally, it shouldn't change that often :-)

since the latest changes with the improved url matching I am doing exactly that with the font size too...
