RFE: Multiple authors and minimal comment/contact features #19

+ provide RSS <author> for multi-author blog in the 'RSS aggregator cloud'. 
Syntax is <author>lawyer@boyer.net (Lawyer Boyer)</author>

+ author syntax and MAN (#) post  update: #author syntax : "author_name 
author@email.com"”  
  both sould be optionnal, and parse in RSS <author> and template.

+ minimal anti-spam.  encodeemail .  see.

I don't think that BlazeBlogger is quite ready for this, as at this
moment, changing the author basically means replacing the appropriate line
in the post/page header. I will have to consider this whole concept more
carefully. In the meantime, I am setting the status to NEEDINFO.
