Remove "Other" listing from browser families list #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to home page "browser families" view

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Including "other" in the families list doesn't really make sense, since
presumably it's an aggregate of many disparate browsers, not a single
unindentified family.

Maybe also remove it from the major and minor versions views.  Not sure it makes
sense there either.

Yeah, it seems like Other ought to only appear in the All Versions list. It's 
not 
something worth selecting.
