network: more detailed script blocking tests #149

Newer browsers are getting better at loading scripts in parallel, but not
as good as it could be. For example, FF 3.5 will load scripts in parallel
with each other, but still blocks images. 

We should break the tests out for script & script, script & image, etc.

Done. There are now four tests. We'll hide the current results column and just 
show
these new columns. Not sure how this is going to make the results look. 
Browsers that
get a lot of tests will be x/14, but browsers that don't get tested after the 
push
will be x/10 (?).
