network: more detailed resource redirect tests #150

Right now, we have one test that includes a redirect for a script, a
stylesheet, and an image. It looks like FF 3.5 is caching script redirects.
In any case, we should break these out into separate tests to see which
resource types have redirects cached.

I'm not seeing any more granular performance in IE8 and FF3.5. Postpone for now.
