Extra pipes (||) to the left of test names in Network category #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the Network category in BrowserScope
2. Notice the two Pipes next to headings for the Scripts, CSS and CSS + 
Inline Scripts tests.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't think the pipes should be there.  Could me mistaken though.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Live site on 11/24/09 at 4pm PST.  Chrome 4 on Mac.

Please provide any additional information below.
Can be removed from categories/network/test_set.py

Heh.. ok, that's supposed to stand for the word "parallel" - clearly not super 
obvious.
