UA Parsing Is Incorrect #179

IE 8.0 is not Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; WOW64;
Trident/4.0; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR
3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729),gzip(gfe),gzip(gfe)

Actually I was testing the new IE9, but I doubt MS will update the
user-agent string to anything distinguishing soon... but you can Identify
it as the IE with the 55 on Acid.

IE9DeveloperPreview is now recognized.
