Your Test Results doesn't show my browser comparison #190

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Test on a browser that's not in the Top list.
2. Run through all the tests.
3. Click on the link to see how your browser results compare to what's been
collected so far.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see my test results compared to what's been gathered so far for
my browser. Instead, I see my test results but not what's in the DB for my
browser. That's because my browser isn't in the Top list.

Suggested behavior: We can keep it on "Top Browsers", but insert just a row
for the user's current browser.
