classify iPad correctly #191

Dion ran his iPad through BS, but I don't see it listed under "Browser
Families". I think the UA string is:

Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; U; CPU OS 3_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) Apple
WebKit/531.21.10 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.4 Mobile/7B367
Safari/531.21.10

I believe BS is calling that "Safari 4.0.4". 

We should fix the UA classifier to call this "iPad 4.0.4".
