User Test documentation suggestions #209

In creating my user test, I didn't realize "test_key" would show up as the
column header in my results table. Also, I wish there had been a suggestion
to think more carefully about the results sent back. For example, instead
of 0,1 suggest that people return "no", "yes". 

Adding these suggestions to the HOWTO page would be good.

I added the documentantion to the HOWTO and want to punt on more intuitive 
options for 
v= for now.
Also, users cannot use "no" or "yes" at the moment, only integers from 0 -> 
10000.
Once we have a JS widget and/or the JSON feed of results, users will more 
easily be 
able to manipulate the display table to their liking.
