Opera 10.50 is old #212

In "Top Browsers" we currently have "Opera 10.50". When I rolled out my
user test this was blank, so I went off to find a version of Opera 10.50. I
didn't have it on any of my computers, so I updated, which installed 10.53. 

The issue is - we've hardwired a version of Opera into "Top Browsers" that
is not easy to find. I'm not sure what the solution is. Since these top
choices are selected manually, we could do something like "Opera
10.50-10.53" or perhaps "10.5x".
