Allow a UserTest to become a Top Level Browserscope category #216

We should start this with Niels' HTML5 test.
The idea is that during Run All Tests, we'll bounce the user over to Niels'
server with a "continue" param which he'll preserve and then append his
results onto after running the beacon. So the user won't necessarily know or
care that they've been redirected a bit, and we still want to make sure
users end up back on the Browserscope results page at the end.
Clicking on Run the Test could simple embed an iframe with Niels' page in
it.
Try to get this done before Velocity (June 22, 2010)

This is quite a bit closer now to being possible.
One bit I notice that doesn't work is the UserAgent drop downs and I know why,
so noting it here so I don't forget it ;0

This is now working, example at:
www.browserscope.org/?category=html5
[we aren't yet showing it by default as Niels and I have a little more interop
work to do]
