500 error when attempting to run test with Firefox 3.6 - has NoScript and browserscope.org is allowed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run Firefox 3.6.3 with NoScript against the testing engine (all inclusive) at 
browserscope.org
2.Allow scripts for browserscope.org (it will fail the first time with default 
NoScript settings)
3.re-run Firefox against the testing engine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see a results page or something - not sure, never used this 
site before.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, Firefox 3.6.3, NoScript 1.9.9.87, + many other add-ons - contact me

If noscript means no javascript, then I don't know what's up.
Bottom line is that FF 3.6 vanilla runs aok.
