Feature suggestion: format numbers with grouped thousands in results

I was thinking it could be a nice little improvement to Browserscope 
if numbers in results were correctly formatted. That way, the results 
are slightly more readable — especially when working with large 
numbers (compare 200000 and 2000000 with 200,000 and 2,000,000). 
Any chance this could be added?
