Security Test Freezes after 17th test

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://www.browserscope.org/security/test or 
http://www.browserscope.org/security/test?autorun=1&continue=1
2. Run test

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Test completes
Instead: Autorun halts after all 17 tests have completed and doesn't continue 
even after 30 minutes; If just running security test, the top button remains at 
"Security Tests Running...  Share my results" after all 17 tests complete, even 
after 30 minutes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7
IE 8 AND Chrome 8.0.552.237

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried turning off firewall and antivirus to see if this was the problem, but it 
did not change the results.

Chrome Inspector says:
Failed to load resource xframe
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'firstChild' of null
