Setting a very high limit for set-limit #8

Steps to reproduce:

1) set-limit a/10000000000000000000000000000000000 2) exit the application 3) try to restart the application

Settings an extremely high limit for the amount will cause the application to fail to start up on the next run. If the user is not using the command line, he/she will not even know the application cannot start up. The smallest number where this fails is about 1000000000

Team's Response

Noted, however this would unlikely affect normal operations of the product, as the application tracks monthly expenses and it is highly unlikely a student will set a limit that high for his monthly expenditure.
