LF added #143

In this commit, lf-workspace folder is added to the apps folder.

Please fix all hard-coded paths as Emad suggested. Maybe also the minor ones. As stated above, the "correct" integration of Patmos with LF is in the LF codebase itself (like the Arduino support).

I agree that upstreaming the integration to the LF repository is a good idea. We could then add commands that easily pull in LF and sets it up for use with patmos.
