Add distributed shared memory (TwoWay) to Patmos #44

This pull request merges the implemented changes as described in the paper https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8573463 to Patmos.

This is soooo much duplication. Where is the DRY approach? Anyway I will merge so it does not get lost. Need to be cleaned up at some point.
