Get IO devices configuration and connection to the top level #47

Also, drop OCPio and comConf. No dynamic class loading for normal IO devices.

comConf has been removed, and dynamic class creation is gone. However, single core devices still rely on dynamic class loading. We might want to discuss what this should look like, but configuration should be changed at the same time.
