Argo integration #64

Most VHDL top-level files still contain the port to Argo, which shall be removed.

However, before changing all, we should decide which one we will drop.

I am not sure I understand the issue. What is the port to Argo ? comConf has been removed I think from all the top-levels.

I think that is the issue. But as you say, this is already done.
