Removes the simulator from reposity. #67

Completely removes the patmos simulator from this repository in favor of using its dedicated repo. Fixes #60.

Should be merged together with t-crest/patmos-misc#11 such that the nightly test runs correctly.

I would like to review this, but I am currently on vacation. Can you reraise this issue when I am back after July 12. BTW, we could meet in person for this review, as I will be in Vienna.
