Hi， I made some big changes about internationalization。 Removed the original multilingual translation section。 Can you give me your email address？In this way, I can email you。 for my bad english

Hi. I haven't been updating PicPas, because I'm working in redesigning all the compiler core. New architecture is being tested in https://github.com/t-edson/P65Pas. In some point PicPas will be updated with the new improves. Anyway you can create your Pull requests here.
