Migrate to Ubuntu Touch 20.04 #12

This PR

migrates the Ubuntu Touch build from 16.04 base to 20.04, including
- apparmor policy
- framework
- QML renamings (from UUITK to Lomiri UITK)
updates the Clickable version used to 8 (implies 20.04 framework)

Hi, sorry for the big delay on this, I was to busy and then forgot about it.

Thanks for the reminder. Since I'm not using the ubuntu phone in may daily life any more it was kind of out of my mind. I will take a look into the port (thanks @jonnius) and try to update my phone for testing, and then the store.

I will try to find some playtime this week.
