Monokai pro has the comment styling that I would like. Base16_transparent has the transparency I would like.

New moon is great with contrast, but active buffer has the blue that gives my screen issues.

Sonokai's styling for comments is chefs kiss, I love the bg highlighting on TODO/NOTE
