Add missing time gated recipes. Fixes PR#2 #3

I've added the current missing time gated items to is_timegated , though I left Charged Quartz Crystals off the list since there are multiple ways to get them, including from containers.

As I said previously, I don't know Rust (though I know other languages), so careful review is probably a good idea.
