Add cB file information to documentation #156

Adds documentation relevant to #155.

Some things that I could add/modify include:

  1. Updating the change logs with information about all of the changes in the next release. I think this is currently a couple versions behind though.
  2. I penciled in one explicit mention to a new version number, calling it version 0.5.0. Let me know if that is what you plan to label the next release.
