"Execute" button is disabled after first setup in certain cases

Steps to reproduce:

delete .visicut folder
start visicut
delete all lasercutters except for "Epilog Helix" - (delete the currently selected one)
close the "manage lasercutters" dialog
add file, select mapping
although the preview shows something, the "execute" button is grey and disabled
