ECLでコンパイルエラー #8

ECLでrequireすると、エンコーディング名がない(例: 'ext:iso2022-jp)と出てエラーになる。

現状HEADでは直ってる模様。次リリースに修正が含まれると思われる。 [https://gitlab.com/embeddable-common-lisp/ecl/issues/9]

Encoding names provide not as symbols but as keywords. Fix ecl external-format stuff.
