Add option to filter non- image extensions automatically

Add a new option to the settings dialog where:

• user can specify a list of extensions to be associated with image files

All files not having any of those extensions will be skipped during image import.

• [x] add input field to settings dialog, for list of valid image extensions (coma separated)
• [x] during file analyzing phase, skip all other files
