[Bug]: Flic no longer communicates with Matterbridge #106

What happened?

Previously, I had my Flic buttons configured to use Matterbridge to coontrol my Home Assistant devices. However, when I upgraded from v2.2.0-102 to v2.3.0-103, it appeared the Flic Hub was no longer communicating with Matterbridge. I uninstalled and re-installed the Matterbridge add-on in Home Assistant, and completely reset the configuration (removed the .matterbridge directory). Now, when I try to repeat the commissioning process, by scanning the QR code with the Flic app on my phone, the app no longer sees the Matterbridge device and there is no activity in the Matterbridge log during the commissioning process. I then get an error in the Flic app saying "Could not find device". It appears that v2.3.0-103 has broken something but I don't have enough knowledge to do further troubleshooting.

This seems to be fixed in v2.3.1-104.
